ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order is placed on CANVAS online store, it will be reviewed within the next working day. We will process the packaging and shipping after order confirmation. This ensures that you will receive the product within 10 - 20 working days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Weekend Days and Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note that CANVAS Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.
  • We accept no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If you provide an incorrect address and the delivery is completed, you will be responsible for the purchase. If the delivery is not completed due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any charges incurred in re-delivering the goods to the correct address.
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the product descriptions, product images, pricing, promotions, availability, ingredients or other information or content on the Website. Any orders placed via the Website are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order. We cannot confirm the price of an item until an order has shipped. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged. CANVAS BEAUTY (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions
